Hi I Wanna Know Why I'm Having A Pain After

Hi I wanna know why I'm having a pain after urinating, there is not actually blood ,but reddish drops of water after urination and I frequently need to go to washroom for urination after 2-3 days of taking ipill.i am having a kind of burning sensation too after urination but urine is normal .is anything serious??
