Hi.. I Want To Ask That 1 Month Before I

Hi.. I want to ask that 1 month before I got bruise on my right side of penis head by roughly masturbating.. I felt pain at that time but after that i never felt pain.. During this 1 month it changes color like red, black, purple.. Sometimes it becomes dry and the white roughly skin comes on top of it but when i take shower then the white dry skin went away and it doesn't feel itching or any kind of pain.. But that bruise haven't gone yet after 1 month.. So should I wait some more time????
