I want to consult about why I did not get my periods yet...

I had protected sex with my bf but the condom got torn .. I took I pill within 15 16 hrs.. last time I got my periods on 30th January n we had intercourse on 15th jan.. I spoke to one of doc she said I won't b pregnant as I took the pill but I want to know why I didn't get my periods yet.. I am having a bit pain in lower abdominal like I have during periods but why periods hv not yet come
