Hi I Want To Know About Bleeding Of The Bellybutton

Hi I want to know about bleeding of the bellybutton as after I showered I thought it was water in it then put my finger inside I think I scratched it ope as it was bleeding then it healed by itself then a few days ago same thing but this time it bled alot when I checked it after I showered it bleeds abit during the day if I cause pressure on my tummy by bending or something so I want to know is how do I get it to heal that it can stop bleeding please & thank you in advance!
