Hi, I Want To Know If Homeopathy Helps To Boost

I want to know if homeopathy helps to boost immunity in children's. My son who is 2 yrs months now most of the time has cold and congestion. It's turns into wheezing. Most of my friends suggest me about switching to homeopathy. Want suggestion. Plus I don't know how homeopathy works. I had once been to a homeopathy doctor but his medicines did not have any expire date and content. How will I know what is going into my body or my son's body. Also suggest me some good homeopathy doctors in bangalore.
