Hi I Want To Know My Frozen Embryo Was Transfer

Hi
I want to know my frozen embryo was transfer on March 25 so did my pregnancy home test on day 8 it was negative . I'm worried it was too early but my back pain and abdominal pain is countinu . My first cycle was failed this is my second time so please tell me it is normal or I do test again after how many days .
