Hi, I Was Advised To Take Antibiotics (Amoxicillin - Vhellox

Hi, I was advised to take antibiotics (Amoxicillin - Vhellox 500 mg) 3x a day for 7 days for my tooth. However, I felt something different after taking the antibiotic. I'm not really sure if it's fatigue or body ache. I'm guessing it's the side effet of the antibiotic. My tooth doesn't hurt now but can I take Paracetamol for my fatigue/body pain? Or could you suggest anything to relieve my fatigue/body pain.
