Hi I Was At A Nail Salon And The Lady

Hi I was at a nail salon and the lady giving me a pedicure pinch me accidently with one of her sharp instrument. I started bleeding not a lot just a small amount but im worry that the instrument may have not been clean properly. What if it was used by an hiv positive customer before me? What are the chances of me getting it? I'm worry because I'm currently breastfeeding my newborn. Help please... There was no blood previous to her using that instrument but can the virus be present even if there is no sign of blood from that hiv posting person? I'm just worry
