Hi I Was At My Doctor Nearly 2 Weeks With

Hi I was at my doctor nearly 2 weeks with the flu and a chest infection(I have asthma), I was improving however my aches in my legs are getting worse, I have a really bad burning sensation in the lower part of my legs and now it's in my arms, I have finished my antibiotics for my chest infection but now I think I have a sinus infection as I have a green mucus coming from my nose, I have been subscribed ponston for th aches but this is giving me no relief, can I take other over the counter pain killer with ponston? Thanks
