Hi I Was At The Doc Not Too Long Ago

Hi I was at the Doc not too long ago had xRays done on my back they told me I have degenerated disc disease I have like a bulge in my lower right back when it bothers me I feel real nausea then my leg feels tingly and sometimes knumb hard to sleep at night and when I stand for a short period of time it goes knumb and then my knee hurts so bad what can I do
