Hi. I Was At Work Tonight And Had A Summer

Hi. I was at work tonight and had a summer shirt on and one of my co workers noticed a lump on my back. It isn't hard but it hurts. I just thought it was from doing my job. I lift and pack some heavy things. I am a 52 year old woman. Could it be cancer? I'm scared!!!!
