Hi, I Was At Work Tonight And In Our Soup

Hi, I was at work tonight and in our soup warmer someone had out clr cleaning with water .. It was at a rolling boil but we all inhaled the fumes because we didn't know where it was coming from, I wound up trying the soup and it had a chemical taste as well.. Will I be ok ?
