Hi, I Was Attacked 5 Days Ago. Main Damage Being

Hi,
I was attacked 5 days ago. Main damage being a fractured nose and an orbital blowout fracture. As well as kicks in the head. Needless to say that I have a concussion and still have some symptoms. As of yesterday, I started getting stomach pains (just under the sternum). Bloating, discomfort and sharp pains. I thought it was indigestion although I have never had indigestion before. Could this be a symptom of the concussion. I was kicked in the head. Indont have bruising on my abdomen although I did get hit near the shoulder/collar bone. There is blood in my orbital blow fracture still and thought maybe the blood dripping down my sinuses into my stomach might be a cause. Any ideas could help. Can a concussion cause bloating and stomach pains?
