Hi, I Was Bitten By A Dog In My Abdomen

Hi, I was bitten by a dog in my abdomen 8 weeks ago, I cleaned the area and that was it. Immediately as it began to heal into a raised bump it started to itch and continues to itch even now. I never saw a doctor and from what the owners tell me the dog is up to date on all vaccines but has bit several people before my incident. Should I see a doctor?
