Hi. I Was Bitten Just Yesterday By My Vaccinated Dog

Hi. I was bitten just yesterday by my vaccinated dog in the lip. It did not bleed and also I cant see any wound. Though, I am still worried cause the incident happened around the face area. Should I be worried and get a rabies shot?Please answer immediately. Thank you.
