Hi I Was Blow Drying My Hair When Sparks And

Hi I was blow drying my hair when sparks and small flame came out front of dryer and back of dryer.I unplugged dryer. I was hot and burned. I didn't think I was but got a headache right after and my ears are ringing and hurt..Should I go to er or wait til tom to see reg doctor? I also feel like I have a sunburn but don't see anything
