Hi, I Was Closing An 7 Ft Window, My Lower
Hi,
I was closing an 7 ft window, my lower body was stationery as my upper body moved toward the window (i did so as not to untuck a button down shirt.) When i reached i felt a tearing sensation in my lower right abdomen (felt muscular at least) and have since then felt very little pain. The more i think about it, the more straining it seems.
