Hi, I Was Diagniosed With Grade 3 Aggrassive Breast Cancer

Hi, I was diagniosed with grade 3 aggrassive breast cancer in 2012, I had a mastictomy and node clearance. My oncolagist found a lump under my armpit where I had node clearance, I had a scan today it showed the gland has calcium around and my breast consultant wants 2 remove lump asap, does this mean it could be cancerous?
