Hi I Was Diagnosed Five Days Ago That I Have

Hi I was diagnosed five days ago that I have Bells Palsy. I noticed it one night and went to dr straight next day am taking anti viral and prednisolone for last five days. don't have any pain just numbness. Was told it was mild. should I do exercises or just rest. Hoping for it to go away soon
