Hi I Was Diagnosed W/fibromyalgia In ''93 I Have Aninfection

Hi I was diagnosed w/fibromyalgia in ''93 I have aninfection of some kind that was thought to be yeast but after many treatments fluconazole & Terbinafine I still have it after 20months , I did get some relief from the meds & over the counter vaginal treatment w/the meds but it never goes away & I have thrush on my bottom, my Dr. Never cultured my vag. test so Idont know if it was yeast or parasites etc. Or both but I'm so tired & sick like flu+& in a lot of discomfort in my vag. & bottom. Could I have both? after all this time I don't think it could be bacterial or viral or I be in the hospital by now. My dr suggested I use antibiotics, the pharmacist said it wouldn't work on yeast. I had the infection, in Dec. '14 & tried to get rid of it but failed. then I got pneumonia & was on antibiotics for a month in February of '15 & I been fighting yeast?since. Could it be viral after all this time any way or bacterial, my hands & feet itch horribly. Any suggestion on what or where to go next? Thank Tracy Gaye, Take Care & Be Safe
