Hi, I Was Diagnosed With A Urinary Tract Infection Today

Hi,
I was diagnosed with a urinary tract infection today (specifically acute cystitis). Tonight, I just started feeling a fluttering sensation in the lower right side of my back near/on my kidney. I had never had this symptom until tonight. Can you tell me what this sensation might indicate?
