Hi I Was Diagnosed With An Ear Infection Last Week.

Hi I was diagnosed with an Ear infection last week. My doctor gave me some ear drops and antibiotics. She told me to do the ear drops first and if they don't work move on to the antibiotics. I am continuing to have pain on the left side of my head and it feels like their is fluid in there, can this all be related to the ear infection?
