Hi I was diagnosed with atrial fibroltn 2013.Am on 190mg Toprolol 10mg Ramipril 20mg Pradaxa per day.3 wks ago started having SERIOUS dizzy spells every time I stood up.Blacked out.3x briefly. Racing heart /short breath/double vision. Upset tummy / diarrhoea /lost appetite big weight loss.....etc.I decided to lower my dosages.All of.. the above have improved. Was that wise?. Email.
