Hi I Was Diagnosed With Be A Couple Weeks Ago

Hi I was diagnosed with be a couple weeks ago I'm just starting my med I also had sex with my partner last week after being diagnosed the condom came off now I'm really itch I have thin white discharge and I just saw some bumps in that areas it's really itch but not painful what can this be does that sound like herpes?
