Hi ... I Was Diagnosed With Borderline Type 2 Diabetes

Hi ... I was diagnosed with borderline Type 2 Diabetes in 2011 at age 59. I began a course of Metformin - 500gm x 3 daily. I have not taken this medication since late 2012, when I moved from NZ to Australia and my new Dr in AU took me off the medication following blood tests. However, I'm now drinking lots of water/juice, and find I tire easily throughout the day. Any thoughts? Thanks Gerry
