Hi, I Was Diagnosed With Endometriosis In Late Nov. Without

Hi, I was diagnosed with endometriosis in late Nov. without explorative laproscopy ...sorry for my spelling. Anyway, I feel like this is wrong diagnosis for me. My symptoms included, weight gain, irregular periods, loss of hair , prolonged period cramping, days before my period would start and lower abdomen bloating with a pooch that will not go away. ovarian cysts through the month and a clear discharge for several weeks before my period. I have only gained 10 pounds.., but I can not lose it. I am hypothyroid, but I get tested often to control that. he did a vaginal ultrasound but did not notice anything. He wanted me on birth control and I then spotted for 3 weeks and gained 6 more pounds. I took myself off of the bc in jan. because I don't feel it's a good choice with my thyroid issues and the spotting and weight gain. Any suggestions or other possible causes. I am 37, I have 3 children
