Hi, I Was Diagnosed With Fibromyalga Several Years Ago As

Hi, I was diagnosed with fibromyalga several years ago as well as something wrong with a couple of my vertebra's in my back. I was seeing a doctor for several years but he was promoted to a high position at a different hospital. The doctor I saw after that (5 years ago this August) made me feel like all i wanted was drugs and all I was taking was flexirle, ambien and Clonazapam. I have been experiencing a tingling sensation through my whole body when I wake up at night or anytime I wake up from my head to my toes. Should I be overly concerned. I do not have a doctor right now.
