Hi, I Was Diagnosed With Hyperthyroidism But It Is Now

Hi, I was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism but it is now in normal level after months of ptu. Were planning to have a baby now. Actually I have a missed period for almost a week I can also feel signs of pregnancy. But suddenly I have my period and I can feel an intense pain on may back and pelvic area. I am taking folic acid vitamin c and e. Thank you so much for a great help
