Hi I Was Diagnosed With Localized Mild Inflammation And Congestion

Hi I was diagnosed with localized mild inflammation and congestion (edema), erythema, and friability of the gastric atrum. I am on my 3rd week of prilosec otc. Week1-2 40mg. This week 20mg. I am still having pain, nausea, headaches, and difficulty sleeping. This is giving me anxiety. I am on a vegetable and fish diet. How long does the gastritis take to heal.?
