Hi I Was Diagnosed With Mononucleosis In November 2015. One

Hi I was diagnosed with mononucleosis in November 2015. One off my symptoms was a petechiae rash which was on my hands arms stomach and thighs. It has taken til now for me to really start feeling better from the mononucleosis but the petechiae rash remains. It seem like it starts to fade then i'll have another outbreak off it ?
