Hi, I was diagnosed with perleche (redness in mouth corners of my lips) and I was prescribed fluconazole to take once a week for six weeks. Thereafter the six weeks, the redness cleared up, but I developed clusters of tiny whiteheads where the redness(perleche) used to be. Do I have another infection?
