Hi I Was Diagnosed With Proctit Is About 6 Months

Hi I was diagnosed with proctit is about 6 months ago but only seem to be able to keep it at bay if I use suppositories as soon as I don't it comes back?? When I do use the medication I get constipation I also read on here that it is painful but I don't get any pain at all ? Can you give me any answers? Thank you
