Hi. I Was Diagnosed With Prolapsed ,i Am Wearing Pressary.

Hi. I was diagnosed with prolapsed ,i am wearing pressary. But i what i am complaining is back pressure pain after i experience severe constipation. I need to push side of my vaginal wall when about to discharge vowel that is if i feel constipated. I think i have hemmoroid and not cystocele as my doctor told me. She just ignore my conplaints about pressure in my rectal area .
