Hi. I Was Diagnosed With Reactive Hypoglycemia.. I Am 36

Hi. I was diagnosed with reactive hypoglycemia.. I am 36 years old and I am overweight.. I have hypothyroidism and take levothyroxine 125mcg daily.. I have cut out all soda, all simple carbs and eat about every 2-2 1/2 hours a day. I eat a healthy portion of veggies at each main meal along with a meat and a 1/3 cup brown rice my snacks are a small apple and peanut butter. I am no longer crashing under 70 since adding the brown rice and apple and peanut butter for snack but I can still ten to go to 72-74 and I am trying to figure out if I need more carbs? when I did not carbs I crashed into the 60s and when I did very low carb I was crashing more often. It seems like since I started eating more healthy I have much lower blood sugar. I see a nutritionist who still promotes low carb or no carb which I disagree because my body was crashing on that diet and I also see an endocrinologist. I am awaiting a second opinion. I have a c-peptide result of 8.3 and my insulin was at 74.2 my last test. trying to figure it all out
