Hi , I Was Diagnosed With Shingles Week Ago And

Hi , I was diagnosed with shingles week ago and start to take medication right away my Dr prescribed for me..but I've had only for rashes on my belly on the left side and I experienced some pain on my left side . The pain was like burning from hot water . I was wondering if it was wrongly diagnosed ?. If it was what going to happen to me because of the medication I took ? Any harm for the future ? Thank you
