Hi, I Was Diagnosed With Sle Three Years Ago. I

Hi,
I was diagnosed with sle three years ago. I am being treated with a number of meds for this, most recently Benlysta. The past few days I have been dealing with pretty intense pain across my lower back. The pain starts right above my buttocks and goes up to my waist. Bending over is painful and difficult. Yesterday I developed a severe migraine. I go to doctors so often. Do I need to call my Dr.?
