Hi. I Was Diagnosed With Small Amount Of Free Liquid

Hi. I was diagnosed with small amount of free liquid in my pouch of Douglas and released with erythromycin 250mg 4 x day and painkillers, but I still got pain in my lower abdomen that prevents me from my day to day chores, bloating, painful bowel movement and loss of apetite. What should I do?
