Hi, I Was Diagnosed With Vulvodynia About A Year Ago,

Hi, I was diagnosed with vulvodynia about a year ago, I suffer constantly with nerve pain, currently taking 30 mg of nortriptyline which helps a little bit, but not much. However, I have recently noticed a bulge at the top wall of my vagina, it stings if pressed and makes me feel like I need to urinate. I have also been getting a lot of urine retention lately. On top of this, I suffer with constipation and regularly get a bulge in the bottom wall of my vagina and have to splint. I am wondering if these are signs of a cystocele and rectocele. Please you can offer your advice, I am very worried.
