Hi. I Was Eating A Burger, Then Half Way Though

Hi. I was eating a burger, then half way though it, the right side of my mouth felt overs stuff but hurt at the same time. And I felt a pain simular to a sinus infection, but just on the right side of mouth n jaw. There is a small lump. N there appears to be what looks like vain sticking out my tongue. In the front. Right under the point.
