Hi I Was Eating A Salad From Panera Bread Toward

Hi I was eating a salad from Panera bread toward the end of the meal I noticed that one of the tines had broken off the fork it is about an inch longand looked like one end was broken straight across where the tone meet the base of the fork the other side has the sharpened tip. I looked through the bag just in case but found nothing I did bite Down on something during the meal but thought it was on of the nuts. Help!
