Hi ..I Was Eating Some Ground Turkey Tacis When It

Hi ..I was eating some ground turkey tacis when it appeared that a little ground turkey went down wrong...I caughed for over 30 minutes .my throat feels really scratchy and I can't seem to clear my throat...im. nervous...i know I'm over weight..I'm 45 black male 6 even and weigh 327 ...I take blood pressure medine..lasinopril..20/25 and cholesterol medicine..creator..20mg ..I have occasional reflux but only when I eat certai. Things..overall my doctor feel I'm pretty healthy being that he thinks my blood pressure and cholesterol is genetics....what should I do?
