Hi, I Was Given Duphaston To Help Regulate My Period

Hi, I was given Duphaston to help regulate my period and according to the doctor, will also help the embryo stronger (if ever i get pregnant in this cycle). I took the last pill on November 2 and still haven't gotten my period. My doctor said that i am supposed to get my period (if i am not pregnant) 2-3 days after the last pill. I don't have my period yet and I am hoping I am pregnant but I want to ask, is it still possible that i will still get my period? If yes, when is ok to assume that i am delayed already?
