Hi , I Was Given IV Drip Antibiotics For E

Hi , I was given IV drip antibiotics for E Coli for 2 days. Then they moved me to 4 weeks of Cifran 500mg. I feel very weak and lethargic. Have started with throat pain and also pain and slight swelling in the hand where the drip was even after a week. Can you please tell me if it is correct treatment and what should I do for hand swelling
