Hi, I Was Going Forward As A Live Liver Donor

Hi, I was going forward as a live liver donor for a little boy I know. I was tested and then the little boy received a transplant from an organ donor so my liver is no longer needed. The hospital rang today and told me I had an abnormal blood result and that my bilirubin levels were high at 31. What could this mean? Am I ill?
