Hi I Was Going To Fertility Reflexology Until Last Month

Hi I was going to fertility reflexology until last month when my period lasted longer and was extra heavy I went to the doctor to see could he put me on the pill for 2 months because I'm going on holiday & don't want it ruined by being on my period I'm off the pill for the week to get my period I started last night was awake all night with stomach pain & passing extra large clots I'm hardly bleeding just loads of extra large clots I'm worried don't no what to do
