Hi! I Was Having A Lot Of Balance Problems, Dizzy

Hi! I was having a lot of balance problems, dizzy spells, etc. I had an MRI on the brain early November and told I had NPH and referred to a Neurologist. Seven weeks later the Neurologist said she saw nothing on my MRI and thought it might be Vertigo. How can two doctors read my MRI and get different results. Should I be concerned?
