Hi I Was Having Blastocystic Hominis (microrganism) My Gastrointrologist Gave

Hi I was having blastocystic hominis (microrganism) my gastrointrologist gave me 2 dosage of antibiotics to eradicate these germs from my belly. Now blastocystic hominis is nil in my belly but it as affected me in a sense that WBC are coming in my stool what do u suggest me further.will I be fine as I was before coz still I suffer from loose motions problem.kindly suggest me what to do further
