Hi, I Was Having Sex And Hadn't Realized A Condom

Hi, I was having sex and hadn't realized a condom got stuck inside of me. It was there for apparently 48 hrs. When the condom finally came out, there was mild spotting, but then the spotting stopped so I thought I was fine. A couple days later, I had sex again. This time no issues with the condom, it stayed on the entire time and only one was needed, but I've started bleeding again and haven't stopped. It's not a large amount of blood, but it's similar consistency at times to my period. I am going to my well-woman exam on Monday but I am wondering what I can possibly do to stop the bleeding. Also, my last period started on the 7th and ended on the 13th. So is there a chance that this is more period blood that was knocked loose? I've never experienced this before.
