Hi I Was Having Skin Itching Problem, Joint Pain And

I was having skin itching problem, joint pain and grey hair problem.
I have consulted ayurvedic doctor, as per them as ESR level is high this creating such effect in body.
I test first esr it came 38 then i started ayurvedic medicine.
In few days skin itching gone but as doctor explained medicine will extract infection and through stool it outflow. so itching diverted to such private part.
I continued medicine for 2 months and all effect cured. But esr test came higher to 42 for first hr and 68 for second hr.
Please suggest way to cure esr..!!
