Hi I Was Having Some Cramps Near My Vulva And

Hi I was having some cramps near my vulva and urethra for about three days and then it stopped and today it felt as if a yeast infection was happening until I wiped and saw red fleshy tissue. I'm extremely worried. I just recently had my period but spotting continued. I've never had an issue such as this. My periods are regular and I had my baby 2nd baby almost 6 months ago. Can you please tell me what this issue may be?
